""I found this recipe about 35 years ago in a consumer report magazine. They were trying to find the best can chili recipe. They came up with their own and this is it. I have made this for years. It is really good. If you like it hot like I do, add cayenne pepper or Tabasco sauce.""

Very good chili, just the right amount of heat. Cut recipe in half easily. We don't like green pepper, so used a small can of diced green chilis.

Yummy chili. I used multi-colored peppers since I keep some chopped ones in the freezer. Simple to make and was great to eat while watching football. Thanks for sharing, Teresa.

Great chili! We only used one can of beans but otherwise followed as written. I topped mine off with sour cream and served with corn muffins for a very good dinner. thanks for sharing!
