In a blender pureed first 5 ingredients (cucumbers - lime juice) plus 10 mint leaves; strain. You can do this up to 6 hours ahead of time; covered and chilled.

Step 2

Fill 6 glasses with more ice cubes; pour mixture over; garnish with additional mint leaves.

Super refreshing drink. I garnished the glasses with cucumber, a green grape and mint on a toothpick. A fun non-alcoholic drink to serve for my family at supper, that felt fancy and fresh.

I used just the cucumbers and fresh lime juice, omitting the grapes as they are loaded with sugar. I loved the fresh taste and enjoyed it all day long. Great choice for healthy drinking. I will use often! Thank you for making my day of drinking water so much more enjoyable Ellie! Linda
