Crown Jewel Dessert (Broken Glass Dessert)
"From the Joys of Jell-o Cookbook. My mom's cousin used to serve this dessert whenever we visited her house. You can make the Jello for the cubes the day before. You can use any flavors of Jello that you want, but it's prettiest with several colors. My mom's cousin always included black cherry. This can be made in a mold or a springform pan. You can also use premade 9" graham cracker pie crusts; the recipe will make 2 pies. Prep time includes 4 hours chilling time and 1 hour 15 minutes for the lemon jello to thicken; cook time is the final chilling time."
