"You can make these ahead and freeze them until ready to use. You can put the bag in the fridge the night before you are ready to make it, and it should be defrosted by morning. When you freeze the bag, make sure the frozen contents will easily fit into your crock pot, if you are cooking it frozen. Just allow for extra cooking time."
