" Very easy recipe that results in a tender moist pork that you may serve sliced or shredded for sandwiches. I used a pear ginger jelly but try apricot or apple jelly. Very nice served with honey mustard. Original recipe was from cdkitchens but modified by me"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Remove all the fat from the loin and place in the slow cooker, season with salt and pepper

Step 2

Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the loin

Step 3

Turn on low and cook for 4 1/2 to 5 hours

This is so good and easy too! I used apricot jelly (which I made last summer) and it worked out very well! Served with mashed potatoes with the cooked apples and onions. Delish! Thanks for sharing!
