Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Dry peeled potatoes with a paper towel. Rub the softened butter all over each potato. Then roll in bread crumbs. Place in buttered baking pan and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour, or more, depending on size of potatoes.
