"This is fairly easy to prepare and it is delicious. I sometimes leave out the pecans, and it is fine without them too. I serve them with my Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and Broccoli in cheese sauce. I found this recipe at CJaneInTheKitchen. "

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2

Cream cheese and butter together. Add pecans, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Mix. Add chicken, then mix it all together.

Step 3

Place one heaping tablespoon of mixture in each roll. Roll up and seal edges.

Step 4

Brush roll in melted butter and roll in stuffing crumbs.

Step 5

Bake on parchment lined cookie sheet for 15-20 minutes, watch them carefully, as sometimes the bottoms brown fast. Be sure to check them after 15 minutes.

Step 6

Top with chicken gravy, and serve.

All I heard was mmmmmmmm after each bite I only tasted a small bite of these but the two people I made it for loved them so this is a 5 star for certain, I used the flavored cream cheese to make these and I omitted the salt but added a little pepper, great recipe!
