"This is a great orzo dish, I have left the chili flakes as optional add in for some heat if desired, cooking time does not include cooking the orzo."

We really enjoyed this tasty side dish and company worthy in my book. It is so easy to throw together which makes it great for busy times. I made a half recipe and used 2 cloves garlic and at least 3 tbsp half and half. Thanks for sharing!

Wonderful, this was wonderful Kitten. Quick and easy to make with excellent results. So much flavor, what a great comfort dish. This was the perfect side, served with Peameal Roast, Cesar Salad and fresh Cantaloupe. Thanks for sharing this great recipe. Made for Best of 2015. So very happy that we tried this.

Wonderful! This was easy, creamy, and a perfect side to Marramamba's http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/panko-coated-chicken-schnitzel-with-capers-lemon-18099. Thanks for sharing, Kitten. Made for Best of 2015 tag - and it's going into my Best of 2016 cookbook.

Delicious! And so easy and quick to make! I left off the parsley due to personal preference. The garlic was perfect, and loved the creaminess!

Wow, Kitten, this was really good. My husband said, "This is really good rice". He always confuses orzo with rice. Served it with Raspberry-Balsamic Chicken Breasts.
