Creamy Crabby Pasta (Low-Fat)
"I love cream pastas but don't like all the fat and calories in them so I came up with this low-fat recipe. It is nice and creamy and very tasty."
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
- 3 green onions, fine chop
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup mushrooms, fine chop
- 1 1/4 cup plain non-fat yogurt
- 2-3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 (7 ounce) can crab meat
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 110 grams dry rice pasta noodles
What You Will Need
No special items needed.
Step 1
Cook pasta as per package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, lightly coat a skillet with olive oil and cook the vegetables over medium-high heat until done.
Step 3
Reduce heat to medium and stir in the yogurt, parmesan and crab meat and heat through.
Step 4
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Serve over drained pasta.
