Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a saucepan add salt, sugar, cream (reserve a bit to smooth out cornstarch) to corn and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce to low and simmer.
Step 2
Make a slurry with the reserved cream and the cornstach. Add to simmering mixture stirring until thiskened.
