In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth. Pour the batter by 1/3 cup portions into a pan coated with cooking spray and cook pancakes until golden brown.

Although we most often have a large smoothie for breakfast, several times a week I break that up with waffles or pancakes, & since I'm a big fan of Cream of Wheat, this recipe reached right out & grabbed me! Made as given, your recipe gives me a great new way to have tasty pancakes on the table in the morning! I'm partial to using buttermilk, too, so that was another plus! Thanks for posting the recipe!
