Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Step 2
Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
Step 3
Heat a small amount of oil in saute pan to med-high heat.
Step 4
Mix bread crumbs with pepper, seasoning salt and garlic powder.
Step 5
In a small bowl, combine 1/2 teaspoons basil, 1/2 teaspoons oregano and 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning.
Step 6
In a separate bowl whisk together the eggs with milk.
Step 7
Lay out pounded chicken and spread each piece with 1/4 of cream cheese, sprinkle with 1/4 of the herb mix then lastly, 1/4 of the crumbled feta.
Step 8
Roll up, then secure with large wood toothpicks.
Step 9
Dip rolled chicken breasts in egg wash then in breadcrumbs, coating well.
Step 10
Brown chicken on all sides (about 3 minute per side) and place on foil lined pan.
Step 11
Bake in oven for 20 minute or until cooked through.
Tips
- Large wood toothpicks to hold together (IMPORTANT! be sure to count how many you put in each and remove them after baked)
