"This is so over the top delicious; and so easy. Now, cranberry sauce is so easy to make, but you could always buy a can of it if you didn't have the time; but, making it fresh just tastes so much better. I love a mix of apples, pears, and crackers with this."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cranberry Sauce ... Add the water, sugar, and salt to a medium size pot and bring to a boil. Then, add the cranberries and simmer 5-8 minutes on medium-medium low heat until the cranberries pop and the liquid is reduced. Remove from the heat, cool, and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Step 2
Dip ... Spread the cranberry sauce in the bottom of a pie plate, lightly sprayed with a non-stick spray. Slice the brie into approximately 10 slices and arrange over the cranberry sauce. TIP: Use dental floss to slice the brie, it is much easier than using a knife.
Step 3
Bake ... Middle shelf, in a preheated 350 degree oven, until the brie and cranberry sauce is warm and bubbly, about 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
Serve with apple and pear slices, and your favorite crackers or bread sticks. Delicious. ENJOY!
