"Originally posted by Docswife at Allrecipes, this is a great dessert and one I make often when the weather cools off. It's quick to prepare and has only a few ingredients but that doesn't stop the flavor from shining through. I serve these with a big ole gob of Vanilla ice cream and that makes it complete!"

My family loves apple anything so I wanted to make these for dessrt for Sunday dinner. They are extremely easy to make and we loved them warm from my oven with ice cream.

I had a hankering for some apple dumplings and was very surprised that I actually found one here but I sure was happy to find it! These are easy to make with the prepared dough and they are so darn good you will be scootin right on back to the pan for another helping! I topped mine with vanilla ice cream and had a party all by myself!
