Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F. Butter or grease baking sheets.

Step 2

Cream together butter and cottage cheese.

Step 3

Blend in thoroughly the sugar, vanilla and egg.

Step 4

Stir in remaining ingredients.

Step 5

Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.

Step 6

Bake about 10 minutes, until they are golden brown.

Very good cookies -- we got closer to 50 cookies but we always make larger cookies. A great way to use up cottage cheese -- I used non-fat which worked out great! Thanks for sharing!
