Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Cream together the butter, sugars and eggs. Add the milk and vanilla extract. In a seperate bowl, combine the flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Gradually mix into the butter mixture.
Step 3
Stir in the cornflakes, oats, chocolate chips, coconut, nuts and other things you want.
Step 4
Roll into small 1 1/2 inch small balls or even larger, and place on an lightly greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Step 5
Bake for 8-10 minutes. For chewy in the middle underbake them, if you underbake them then they don't look completely done when you take them out of the oven.
Step 6
Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
