"I saw a photo of this circulating on Facebook and had to give it a try. The photo didn't have a recipe with it so I just winged it. Yummy little appetizer. Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature or it will be hard to spread."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Layer 2 slices of the corned beef over each other to the the same length of one pickle.
Step 2
Spread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese on top of the layered corned beef slices.
Step 3
Place the pickle at one end of the meat and roll the meat over the pickle.
Step 4
Repeat for the remaining ingredients.
Step 5
Place these rolls seam side down and slice into "sushi" rolls.
Step 6
Plate and serve.
