Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, bring the coconut milk to a simmer.

Whisk in the cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon at a time. Add the honey and whisk to combine.
Step 3
Toss in a pinches of salt, to balance and enhance the sweetness. Stir well to combine.
Step 4
Pour into two glasses and serve.
OPTIONAL: Garnish with whipped cream and toasted coconut strips for a delicious and beautiful presentation. Or, whipped cream topped with a quick sift of cocoa powder.
