Coconut Cherry Bites
"These are a sweet treat I like to make for Easter. They are sweet and rich and so easy to make. Keep these refrigerated until ready to eat."
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup fine coconut
- 20 glazed cherries cut in half
- 1/4 cup graham crumbs
What You Will Need
No special items needed.
Step 1
Mix first 3 ingredients together and roll into a log.
Step 2
Cut into 40 small pieces.
Step 3
Wrap a cherry half into every piece then roll into graham crumbs.
