Cocoa Syrup

"I keep a container of this in the fridge all the time. Use this as you would any store bought chocolate syrup, drizzle over ice cream, mix with milk for chocolate milk or whatever else you would like."

Love this recipe! Especially good syrup for drinks! I like to make it with all or half Splenda. It is thinner than regular syrup, but I've thought that sometime I'm going to try adding some cornstarch to thicken it up. Made for the Billboard recipe tag game.
