Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat mace, rose water and milk in a small sauce pan and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Cool and strain into the egg.

Step 3

Strain mixture into the cream.

Step 4

Place on top of a double boiler over gently boiling water.

Step 5

Slowly heat mixture to 165°F

Step 6

Pour into a bowl and chill for 24 hours.
