"I checked all the slaw recipe already on Zazz and this one is just s bit different. It is so easy and just the way slaw should be - crunchy, a little creamy and with enough vinegar to keep it interesting. Great as a side dish with any spicy meat recipe. The recipe is from Bon Appetit by Hattie B. You may make this 8 hours ahead and keep it chilled. This is a nice topping on a burger as well as a great side dish."

I made this to during the week using a packet of cabbage and carrot coleslaw vegie mix. I also used mustard seed, as I could not find any celery seed in the supermarket, but they did substitute extremely well. Everything else was as per the recipe, and this made for one creamy and delicious bowl of slaw. Great flavors and I did really like the honey added to the mix to give a lovely subtle sweet flavor! The leftover coleslaw was used the next night to used on baked potato's and this coleslaw complimented the potato's so well. They were so Yummy! I will be making this again with the summer months coming on.

I made this using 4 cups packaged coleslaw mix, so I only needed half the sauce ingredients. This worked perfectly and tasted great. I love it when simple ingredients make such an awesome dish.

This was awesome! I made it and let it sit for a night before eating. The taste is just amazing. Never thought of putting honey in coleslaw before, but it works!
