Clarifying Chicken Stock
"Here is a great method for getting a great clear stock. Follow this method after you have made and strained your stock."
- 1/4 cup broth
- 1 egg white
- 1 crushed eggshell
What You Will Need
No special items needed.
Step 1
Mix ingredients together in small bowl.
Step 2
Add mixture to strained stock; bring to a boil.
Step 3
Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes.
Step 4
Strain through a sieve lined with cheesecloth.
