I made 1/4 of the recipe as a test run for the upcoming Super Bowl party...as I was gathering the ingredients I knew it was going to be yummy...it's tart with a touch of sweetness and has a wonderful orange and ginger taste...I served it with panko coated shrimp...but planning to serve it with veggies and cold shrimp at the party...made for "Billboard" tag game...thanks for sharing your recipe...

So I thought, ok, sounds like a nice little dip and I love ginger, so give it a try. Oh my gosh! This dip is FANTASTIC! I served some of it with cut veggies, and loved it so much that we used the remainder over our dinner salads. Not a drop left (only made 1/3 recipe). Can't wait to try it with cold seafood, as you suggest. Or on salad greens. So good, Mike! Thanks for sharing this one!
