Church Windows
"I make this sweet marshmallow treat for Xmas every year. It is a colourful and pretty dessert. It looks a bit like stained glass, thus the name, church windows. The cook time entered for the recipe is the time used to melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips. These freeze well, just place wax paper in between the cookie layers so they don't stick together."
