"I make this recipe using my home-made raspberry jam. Feel free to use whatever flavor jam you'd like. But...don't forget the mini-choco chips. It really adds that little somethin somethin."

One of the offerings on the dessert table for this past weekend's birthday gathering and one that was a crowd pleaser. Really liked adding a new to us recipe that not only tastes great but but looks great plated. Into my Family Cookbook for this one! The recipe went home with the sweets lovers, that is always a great compliment to a recipe!
