"Yummy, yummy! Paula Deen made these on a grilling show so they are wrapped in foil and tossed on the grill. You could do them in the oven or microwave. The bananas that are on these are good, but if you want the regular S'mores, do without them. I have done them both ways and both are delicious as bananas and chocolate do go together. You may use your own Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe, or mine, or store bought ones. Do these as a "line-up" for everyone and let them make their own to put on the grill."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat the grill and brush with oil; cut bananas in half lengthwise and grill, skin side down till warm; remove and cut again to fit cookie.
Step 2
ASSEMBLY: On a piece of aluminum foil for each one, place one cookie.
Step 3
Top evenly with banana slices, a few marshmallows, chocolate chips, crumble graham cracker crumbs on top and then another cookie.
Step 4
Wrap foil around the cookie and place on the grill till warmed through and melted--about 5 minutes. You want it nice and gooey.
