Step by Step Method

Step 1

Beat butter, cream cheese and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add egg milk and vanilla and mix in well.

Step 2

Blend in the melted chocolate, flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in the chopped nuts. Drop teaspoons of the mixture onto a greased baking tray. Decorate with the extra nuts. Bake in a moderate oven for 12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

Very good cookies -- this recipe makes a lot! We skipped the nuts but otherwise made as directed but using semi-sweet chocolate. We baked our cookies in a 350 degree oven. Thanks for sharing!
