Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix together the crab, chipotle and tomato

Step 2

Place the baguette slices on a cookie sheet, toasted side down

Step 3

Place a tablespoon of the crab mixture on each of the baguette slices

Step 4

Sprinkle a teaspoon of parmesan on each bruschetta

Step 5

Bake in 375f oven for 10 minutes, broil for a further 2-4 minutes or until the bruschettas are golden
