1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons ground chipotle peppers
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon garlic salt
3 pounds baby back ribs
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup maple syrup
Step 1 |
Preheat oven to 375F. Mix brown sugar and spices in a small bowl. Rub spice mixture evenly on ribs. |
Step 2 |
Place ribs in a single layer on a foil lined roasting pan. Pour water into pan and cover with foil. |
Step 3 |
Bake one hour, or until meat is starting to pull away from the bone. Brush with maple syrup. |
Step 4 |
Broil or grill over medium heat for 3-5 minutes per side until heated through and nicely browned. |
