"Sweet, tangy, and good with a little bit of zip! If you don't like the flavor of chipotle, just use regular chili powder in the sauce. I usually don't eat chicken skin, and this thick sauce coats the skinless chicken very well. "

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Whisk together BBQ sauce, soy sauce, mustard, honey, lime juice, garlic, and chipotle powder. Place chicken in a greased baking dish and pour sauce evenly over the chicken.

Step 2

Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. (For skinless chicken, I like to bake covered for about half the total time.) Baste several times during cooking.

If you want a chicken recipe loaded with flavour this one is for you. The sauce is wonderful. The timing is right on- 40 minutes. The chicken is moist and tender. This is a do again and again recipe. The sauce would be great on meatballs or porkchops too. Thanks Willow for a delicious dinner.
