"I had some leftover homemade chili(Does that really surprise anyone that I had leftovers ? ;) ),a pizza crust,and hot dogs and decided to create this. The amount of seasonings you use are strictly up to your tastes.If you prefer, you could make your own crust but that would make the prep time longer.For crispier crust,bake directly on rack. Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2
Spread chili evenly over the crust (if using homemade,pre bake on a pizza pan or stone for about 5 minutes,or until crust is just slightly browned).
Step 3
Sprinkle seasonings and red pepper flakes over chili,then evenly sprinkle with cheese.
Step 4
Top the cheese with cut up hot dogs.
Step 5
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly and hot dogs are lightly browned.
Step 6
If desired,add chopped onions.
