Step by Step Method
Step 1
Drain the chicken well. Add to a large bowl and break apart, leaving it in bite sized chunks. Prepare the fruit and veggies; add to the chicken. Mix the pepper with the mayonnaise; carefully mix into the salad leaving the chicken in good size chunks. .
Step 2
Serve in a pretty bowl or on a bed of lettuce. Best refrigerated for an hour before serving.
