Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F; rinse and pat dry chicken thighs. Place thighs in a shallow baking dish, skin side up.

Step 2

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken; turn chicken to coat.

Step 3

Bake for 45 minutes at 375F, turning occasionally.

Great chicken! I didn't have as much garlic as suggested - used about half of the suggested amount but otherwise made as directed for wonderful chicken thighs. Next time I will probably use less butter, but it was wonderful cooked this way. Thanks for sharing!

Quick Easy and very tasty !! loved them, next time i will chop the parsley and garlic much smaller, because i left them quite big pieces they darkened in colour, making them look burned in the photo, but they were not burned, just dark and very very tasty bits !!! Thanks for posting Felix, this is a recipe i will use often.
