"Love chicken schnitzel and chicken wings surely they can't go wrong together. From a photocopy from a magazine I was reading at the library my copy does not show the name of the magazine and I can't remember which one it was as it was several months ago I made the copy."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 230C/210C fan forced.

Step 2

Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

Step 3

Combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika and parmesan in a large bowl and season with salt pepper.

Step 4

Place flour in a large bowl, whisk eggs in a separate bowl.

Step 5

1 at a time, toss chicken nibbles in flour, shaking off excess then dip in egg, then toss in breadcrumb mixture to coat and then place in a single layer on prepared tray and spray liberally with olive oil spray.

Step 6

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and chicken is cook through.

Step 7

Meanwhile, cook the fries following the packet directions.

Step 8

Combine yoghurt, lemon juice and dill in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 9

Sprinkle chicken with extra dill sprigs and serve with fries, yoghurt mixture, salad and lemon wedges.
