Chicken Puff Pastry Rolls
"I used ground turkey when I made these they turned out really good and there easy to make"
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced green onion
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed but at fridge temperature
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
What You Will Need
No special items needed.
Step 1
Combine the chicken with next 10 ingredients.
Step 2
Spread the mixture along one edge of each pastry sheet. Roll up each sheet to hide the filling. Brush seam with beaten egg and press to seal.
Step 3
Put rolls, seam side down, on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Brush rolls with remaining beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 4
Bake for 30 minutes or until pastry is golden and a meat thermometer inserted into the chicken filling reads 175F.
Step 5
Remove from oven and slice the rolls diagonally. Serve with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
