Step by Step Method
Step 1
Oven-broil all the chicken livers.
Step 2
In a skillet heat the chicken fat. Add onion, brown in hot fat until onions are just a very light golden brown.
Step 3
Mix cooked livers with the browned onion and the chicken fat from the skillet, mashed eggs and salt until well blended. Add in pepper.
Step 4
Chill for a few hours. Serve with crackers.
