"The hardest thing about this is chopping the veggies and chicken otherwise it's an easy one bowl recipe, you may adjust the chicken and broccoli amount to taste but DO NOT omit the curry and fresh lemon juice if you do you will regret it! The casserole may be completely prepared and refrigerated until baking. This is very good!"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (position oven rack to lowest position). Grease an 11 x 7 -inch baking dish.

Step 2

In a large bowl whisk the condensed soup with next 5 ingredients until well combined. Mix in the next 4 ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to baking pan -- at this point you may refrigerate until ready to bake.

Step 3

Sprinkle the cracker/butter mixture over top. Bake 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
