Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix meat mixture.

Step 2

Make balls.

Step 3

Fry in hot oil until browned.

Step 4

Take balls out.

Step 5

Mix up sauce mixture leaving out the tidbits but adding juice, pour into pan, stir alot.

Step 6

Add back balls and let cook down until thickened, dont move meatballs around much.

Step 7

Add pineapple onion and bell pepper. Cook just until veggies are hot.

We only made one half of the meatballs and used the whole sauce recipe. We served the meatballs and sauce with rice. We love meatballs and have made a recipe like this as an appetizer for years.
