Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F then grease a baking sheet.

Step 2

In a bowl mix the two cheeses together.

Step 3

Place the tomato slices in the bottom of the dish.

Step 4

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Spread the mayo over the tomato slices, then chopped green onions.

Step 6

Top with the the shredded cheeses, then bake for about 25 minutes.

Here is another i made back in July before the site opened, saved it to review now. These were soooo delicious, a wonderful side for a summer supper. will definately make them again.
