Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook the celeriac, Kohlrabi, potatoes and apples separately until they are tender enough for mashing. Approximate times are: celeriac 11-13 minutes, kohlrabi apprx 14 minutes and potatoes 10-12 minutes, apple cooked with 2 tablespoons water for 6-8 minute
Step 2
Use a ricer or a food processor to mash all the veggies and the apple, process until smooth or the consistency that you like, mix them well together
Step 3
Stir in butter and season with salt and pepper. Place the mixture in an oven proof pan.
Step 4
Place in 350 oven for 35 minutes just before serving
