"I prefer making my own salad dressings as they are always so much better than the store bought ones and so easy to make. This is one of my favorites. It keeps for a quite a while. I sometimes use fennel seed that I crush up, instead of celery seed to change it up a bit, both are delicious. If gluten intolerant make sure you are using gluten free tomato soup, I use the Amy's brand."

I made this dressing because I had to have some Catalina dressing and found I had none. This is so easy and so good I don't think I'll ever buy any ready made again. It took me 5 minutes to put together. Thanks Bea for a money saving tasty dressing recipe. 30 April 2015 Served it on a salmon tomato salad Mmm perfect

Very yummy tangy sweet dressing! I used canola oil, half Splenda for the sugar, Bragg's apple cider vinegar, sweet Hungarian paprika, and Coleman's dry mustard. I used my immersion blender to blend them all together so I'm guessing that is why mine has a lighter orange creamier appearance than yours? It was a little thin, but that may be due to the Splenda. Was lovely over a simple salad paired with some leftover Easter ham casseroles I made. Freddy Cat says thanks for the dressing! Made for the Billboard recipe tag game.

Catalina salad dressing is one of my hubby's favorites and made fresh was a nice treat for him. I had everything on hand and whipped this together in my food processor in no time. Hubby did enjoy the dressing but mentioned it was a little sweeter then he would want next time. Thank you Bea for sharing! Made and reviewed for the Recipebook Tag Game in the Game Forum.
