"This recipe has been entered for play in Culinary Quest #3. It had been posted at my prior "recipe home" & was originally found on the net courtesy of The Straits Cafe at straitscafedotcom. Their intro was brief & to the point - "Use as a seafood dip or as a tasty sauce for wraps." Somehow the thought of a lettuce wrap filled w/something special & this sauce captured my imagination. This is so easy & fast to make & can be made well-ahead of planned use. ENJOY!"
