Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix all except soysauce, butter and liquid smoke in a saucepan.

Step 2

Simmer 30 minutes.

Step 3

Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 more minutes or until slightly thickened.

Since it is the first time I made it I only made half a recipe, I made it yesterday late evening and stuck it in the fridge overnight, I'd advise anyone not to use it right away I think the flavor is better if left to cool and chill 24 hours, anyway it's a very good BBQ sauce and I will definately make it again, oh forgot to say I added in some garlic powder, thanks Shadows!
