"These burgers are hot and spicy and I love them. The recipe ia from Canadian Living Test kitchen. I make 3 burgers from 1 pound of meat but they will make 4. You may add tomato slices, sweet onion slice or anything else that you enjoy on a burger. The salsa is wonderful"

My son and I had these for lunch yesterday and we loved the hot sweet combo from the mango and hot peppers in the salsa. It's a great combination. The pork went so good with the salsa and made for one delicious and spicy sandwich. This is a winner for those that like spicy! Thank you for a great lunch Bergy! Linda

mmm Yummo !! a wonderful pork burger with a lovely bite and a cooling delicious mango salsa!! I was quite certain that the "Hot Italian" sausage was too hot for our palette cus i had some in the freezer we had tried, sooo, I added an equal amount of ground pork, it worked perfectly for us, delicious with a great bite! We enjoyed it very much, the mango/mint combo was a perfect match to the heat of the sausage. Delicious thanks!!
