"This is the last of 3 recipes I'm entering from my latest grandparentsdotcom Newsletter & it's the sensational Grand-Prize Winner of their GRANDKIDS' FAVORITE RECIPE CONTEST. This recipe was featured in their "Comfort Food Cookbook" & credit was given to Ann H. of Franklin, IN. Ann shared that the basic recipe had been a 4 generation family favorite using chocolate chips, but she used chopped Butterfinger candy bars in them once & hasn't been allowed to return to the family heirloom version since her innovation. Given the wide variety of "mini" or "Fun-Size" candy bars, there are many candy options. I favor adding crunchy texture, perhaps w/Smarties tablet candy, Pretzel M&M's, KitKat Wafer Bars or Nestle's Crunch. Why don't we work together to see how many we can try? ENJOY!"
