"I am not sure why Kraft named this a "Canadian Burger". It is really basic but mighty good. Some modification by me from the original Kraft recipe. If you like BBQ the patties, medium high heat, 7-9 minutes each side. Internal temp should be 160f"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix together the meat, egg, 2 tablespoon of BBQ sauce.

Step 2

Form into 4 patties.

Step 3

Heat large lightly oiled skillet over medium high heat.

Step 4

Fry the patties for apprx 8 minutes each side.

Step 5

Flip the burger. Baste cooked side with BBQ sauce.

Step 6

Just before they are done flip and baste the bottom side with BBQ sauce.

Step 7

Add cheese to each burger.

Step 8

Assemble burgers with the lettuce, tomato, onion & bacon.
