So delish, and oh-so-easy! When we lived in Costa Rica, surrounded by French Canadians, we learned to love fries with mayo instead of catsup. This steps it up a notch... The only change I made is to add more cayenne, as a matter of personal preference. Thanks for sharing another keeper, Mike! I think I'll make chicken salad with this sometime.

Great mayo! Love the hint of cumin. I used it as a dip for veggies/chips. Did make one change, I don't use any kind of salt so subbed crushed garlic. Thanks for sharing Mike!
