"I love Caesar salad but there is so much fat in most recipes so I came up with this low fat version of it while I was on a low calorie diet. It has a nice strong garlic flavour. This is enough to coat one head of romaine lettuce. If gluten intolerant make sure you are using gluten free chicken soup granules."

This is really good Bea, you would never tell it is low fat. I had some over a side Caesar salad with pasta and I have enough for a couple of more salads for the next couple of days. I will be warding off vampires for sure, ha ha.
