Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a measuring cup or bowl whisk together dressing ingredients (orange juice - oil); season with salt and pepper. ***dressing can be made one day ahead, covered and refrigerated.

Step 2

In a large salad bowl combine vegetables (coleslaw - cilantro); toss with enough dressing to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Let stand 15 minutes and toss again.

This delicious colorful new to me salad with cabbage corn and dressing came together to make for salad that tasted as good as it looked. Made half a recipe using a touch less dressing,chopped parsley for family with added cilantro to mine and served with barbecued ribs. We enjoyed.

This slaw was tasty but was swimming in dressing. Once crained it made for a lovely side to grilled pork chops.
